HOWS led the end-to-end development of NPGH's brand identity and digital experience, creating a unified system that brings consistency across every touchpoint. The project included brand strategy, logo design, visual identity, typography, color palette, graphic elements, photography direction, and comprehensive brand guidelines to establish a recognizable and scalable identity.
HOWS also designed and developed a responsive website with intuitive navigation, user-centered information architecture, and accessibility at its core, making essential resources easier to find and understand.
To further improve the user experience, HOWS integrated a chatbot system that enables visitors to quickly access information, navigate services, and connect with available support.
